Taylor Pogue trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, UK. She is passionate about local and seasonal produce, a well-balanced plate and culturally diverse cuisines.  Growing up in the West Island, she loved to cook for family and friends and continues to show her support and love through the food that she makes. She hopes you feel supported and encouraged through her meals, allowing you the time that you would have otherwise spent cooking to exercise, see loved ones and chase your dreams. To have the time to be you (BU with Buttery).
